Contacted this trade seller via the Auto Trader “chat” facility, which was easy, and arranged to view and test drive a couple of small cars. There was no hard sell and we were shown all documentation relating to our chosen car, including HPI check. We needed a car in a hurry and they bent over backwards to have it ready within a few hours. Very pleasant, honest and friendly dealers and we’d happily recommend them. According to Auto Trader ratings, their cars are priced well too.

Would recommend to anyone buying a used car
This is a very freindly and helpful garage. Car was exactly as described and although they had only had it a couple of days it had been washed and valeted and was ready to test drive. Also made the finances easy to understand and kept me updated as to when it would be ready. Was delivered on the agreed day and they took my old car in part exchnge. 5 Star rating

We care at Ellahi motors ltd, is there motto and they certainly live up to it, after visiting several other dealers we ended up at Ellahi motors Basingstoke, we should have gone here first and not wasted our time with the others. We were there to view a Vauxhall Corsa which after looking it over and taking it for a test drive we ended up buying it. With the car we were given 12 month M.O.T, 12 month breakdown cover and a 12 month warranty, not many dealers give you that. The process was simple, we found the guys at Ellahi motors to be pleasant , open and honest. We love the car thanks Z, I highly recommend this car dealership.

I turned up in a taxi at this dealers, but in fact they would have collected me from the train station. There were two vehicles I was interested in, I test drove both The one vehicle had a small sea which needed respraying, however this was left to show the fault which would then be rectified with a respray if I had that vehicle. Zee was amazing, he showed me all the paperwork on the car I was interested in, passed me the details of the finance company. He wanted me to take my time with the vehicle there was no rush or hard sell, quality is their watchword, the car comes with 1 years guarantee, a years AA membership and they delivered it to my home 26 miles away with half a tank of petrol. I would highly recommend this dealer, not only for a lovely little car but for the quality of service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Easy garage to find, and was greeted with a friendly team of guys, the owner was a friendly knowledgeable relaxed man and was very honest and helpful, I bought a bmw 5 series and the car met up and past my expectations, I was allowed to test drive car as far as I wanted , and there was honestly no pressure whatsoever to purchase, as it turned out I loved the car so bought that day! Very professional service and I wish his business well, I even got my car dropped off at my Hiuse later that day after the mot ( which it already had) but they wanted to give me a full year! First time I have ever bought a car from a dealer, so I was a little dubious about the purchase at first. However, I found the overall service and experience very good and satisfying. The staff at Ellahi Motors Basingstoke came across as honest, genuine and were not pushy. They didn’t try to give me a load of salesperson rubbish which I have come to expect from speaking to some other car dealers. A fair price was agreed and the car was ready on time and as arranged. The vehicle was in very good condition, cleaned and has already in a week and a half done 1000 miles completely problem free. I would recommend this dealer to others and I would use again in the future if I wanted to change my car again.

Immediately on arriving at the garage it felt welcoming with friendly smiles and an offer of a drink before we looked around the cars. I was taken out on a test drive and, on saying I was interested in the car given all the details. The deal was signed and I was due to pick up after the tyres had been replaced. I received a phone call from the garage saying they were having problems with taking the locking wheel nuts off. They said they would continue trying. His staff spent until 10.30 that evening. I was kept me informed at every stage and even told that I could rescind the contract if I wanted to. I was extremely impressed with the service and being kept informed. I duly picked up the car and am very pleased with it. It was as described. I would definitely recommend this garage for its professionalism and good service.
